Who is the conference for? 

Any individual who wants to join others in contributing to making the world more kind, more peaceful and more just. The gathering is inspired by Bahá’í writings and concepts, inviting people from all Faiths to join in community building efforts that include the spiritual education of children and youth, collective worship and service in our neighborhoods and communities.

What activities will take place?

Conversation, singing, listening, learning, reflecting, eating, praying and creating.

Where and when will the conference take place?

The Kincaid Outdoor Center in Anchorage on Saturday, March 29 from noon to 7:30 pm and on Sunday, March 30 from noon to 4 pm. Lunch will be served both days and dinner on Saturday. A game night will take place at the Anchorage Bahá’í Center on Friday, March 28 from 6-9 pm.

How much does the conference cost?

The conference is free. Only Bahá’ís may make financial contributions to defray the costs of the conference. In-kind contributions in the form of soup or salad could be contributed by anyone for lunches, and there will be a need for some facilitators of small groups, children and Junior Youth.

Are children welcome?

Yes! There will be a program for children ages 5-11 and junior youth, ages 12-15.
